What is dinnertainment? It’s exactly what it sounds like—dinner and entertainment. We pride ourselves on our excellent food, curated by Executive Chef Chris Madsen who brings over 30 years of experience. But why stop there? We thought… why not make it dinner and show!

Every night of the week, you will find a performer (or three!) roaming around SILVA. You might witness juggling, magic, mentalism, balloon art, or stilt walking. You never know what you might see at SILVA.
